Our management team

Ron Dick Founder and CEO

Ron is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in scaling startups to strong businesses by growing teams, market share and revenue. He founded and successfully developed startups in multi-disciplinary fields including mobile, advertising and cloud solutions, earning a reputation for his technology savvy and business acumen. Prior to founding Cedato, Ron co-founded and operated as President of Tabatoo, a disruptive mobile monetization platform that was acquired by Somoto [TASE: SMTO]. Previously, Ron co-founded and was appointed CEO of Papapya-Ads, a performance ad network for monetizing web traffic and brand promotion. Ron also founded and became the CEO of Virtual Web, an Internet and Social Media company that was listed as one the top ten promising startups at TechCrunch Disrupt 2009. Ron holds an MBA from The Leon-Recanati school of Business, Tel Aviv University, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Dvir Doron CMO/BDO

Dvir shares a wealth of business, marketing and executive management leadership experience in the video, media and security spaces. He brings strong entrepreneurial skills and a track record in driving business transformations, ranging from startups to publicly traded companies. Before joining Cedato he was co-founder and CEO of Exoview, an ad-tech startup specializing in big data optimization. Previously, Dvir was General Manager at Artimedia, a premium programmatic video ad platform. He was appointed CMO at Artivision, and then became the General Manager of its Media Division. Dvir previously filled the role of VP Marketing at ioimage, where he built one of the strongest video analytics brands. Dvir holds an MBA degree and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science both from Tel Aviv University.

David Sahar CFO

David is a highly experienced financial officer with expertise in financial analysis, legal and tax services for hi-tech. Before joining Cedato David was CFO at Nextage, a financial services firm where he managed financial, legal and international taxation for technology companies. From 2012, David headed the corporate accounting department at Bizportal, where he was responsible for finance, due diligence and tax reporting. He also filled key CPA positions involving capital market projects for public and hi-tech companies. David holds a B.A in Accounting, Management and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.

Drew Berkowitz SVP Global Sales

Drew Berkowitz is an award-winning digital media-industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in native advertising, content marketing and monetization, social media and branded entertainment. Drew currently serves as Senior Vice President at Cedato, where he leads global sales, working with supply and demand partners to bring new video technology across the programmatic landscape. Before Cedato, Drew lead partnerships at Wochit where he worked with publishers, journalists, brands and other professional storytellers to produce impactful, custom video that engages audiences across digital platforms. Drew also served as General Manager of AOL’s Goviral Division, leading the US launch with publishers and agencies, and also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Vimeo, where his work connecting brands with Vimeo’s community earned numerous awards including gold and silver at Cannes. Drew began his digital-media career with Comedy Central, where he launched both South Park and the company’s first website. He is currently writing a book titled, “Why You Won’t Read This,” which covers the shifting consumption of media and other information from the written word to video.

Noam Kalina SVP Revenue

Noam is an experienced business development manager with a broad background in video and mobile operations. During the past 15 years Noam developed new markets and successfully managed global partner channels. Before joining Cedato Noam managed the Video channel at Supersonic, a leading ad platform for monetizing mobile apps and for content promotion. He established the mobile video business, set up the mobile video operations and expanded the ad products offering. Previously he worked at Clear Applications, an HR and database management solutions startup. He accrued more startup experience at Zetes/ImageID, a vision-based traceability solution provider where he managed strategic global clients. Noam holds an MBA and a B.S.c in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Tomer Leicht CTO

Tomer is a seasoned R&D manager, with a proven track record in the design, architecture and implementation of software solutions for startups, media and ad-tech companies.
He is renowned for his ability to combine R&D and programming skills with a strategic business perspective. Before joining Cedato, Tomer was appointed R&D Director at TLV Media, a leading RTB advertising platform. He co-founded and managed Your1Web, a Web Solutions Company that operated from Los Angeles, California. Tomer also served as the CTO of Explore Talent, the Internet’s largest audition and casting resource for talents and production crews.

Yair Miranda COO

Yair is a seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur, bringing to Cedato vast experience in founding and growing a business from idea to success. Prior to joining Cedato he built and managed a business unit at Ginger Software that focused on real time contextual-based advertising. Previously, he co-founded and served as the CEO of Tabatoo, a disruptive mobile monetization platform acquired by Somoto [TASE:SMTO]. He was also a partner and head of product consulting at Navonix, where he worked with global partners such as AT&T and Alcatel-Lucent.
Yair previously served in high profile positions in Microsoft and Radvision (acquired by Avaya) where he established new product units and managed product, marketing and development teams. He holds an MBA from the Hebrew University and a BS.c in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University.
