Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-stack development of features and user interfaces of all the way from the UI to the database.
  • Own major components of the platform. Be responsible for design, coding, unit and integration testing, debugging, performance tuning and deployment of those components.
  • Lead and participate in architecture & design of main components of the system.
  • Collaborate with amazing people in an agile development environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BSC in Computer Science or equivalent experience from lead technological units.
  • 4+ years of web applications development experience
  • Experience developing CSS3, HTML5, Java Script
  • Experience developing Angular JS, Type Script, jQuery, Bootstrap
  • Experience with PHP and REST APIs
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Solid background in an object oriented programming language

Cedato is the leading operating system for video, powering video transactions throughout the adtech ecosystem. We are expanding our NYC headquarters, and looking for an in-house Recruiting Executive to join our Global Recruitment Team.
The ideal candidate will lead the talent acquisition process, from defining organizational needs and profiles through talent sourcing via all relevant channels to interviewing and hiring great team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand recruiting needs and design the best recruiting strategy for each position.
  • Update and post job descriptions, requirements and objectives through the appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Source and attract top candidates through social media channels, placement agencies, industry forums, etc.
  • Pre-qualify relevant candidates by phone and in-person interviews.
  • Partner with the hiring manager to create an effective process internally and with prospects.
  • Own the negotiation process with final stage candidates, from offer to acceptance, in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Create initial onboarding process for new employees.
  • Position reports to General Manager North America. Daily tasks will be in coordination with corporate HR team.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years previous recruitment experience required
  • The candidate will ideally have previous experience from a placement agency – not a must
  • Strong sourcing capabilities
  • Familiarity with the adtech industry – an advantage
  • Willingness to work part time, in midtown NY
  • BA degree – a must
